I think that these carabiners are a great buy. They are certainly heavier than the standard carabiner that is often sold to hold keys and such. However, they are ultra strong and therefore more useful.

These are really well made. I was concerned they would be cheap & light-weight. They are strong and heavy, and worked great for replacing the broken clip on my cat carrier.

With that said about the rated versus actual capacity, they're still great carabiners with a nice black finish that receives minimal wear using attachments in the home gym. No corrosion noticed so far and they've been through heavy duty use. Good value for price

Bought these to keep my keys organized but wanted a carabiner that wasn't going to open if bumped into or tangled up (I hook them to my jeans). The price is great, the quality is far better than I hoped, they are heavy duty without being too weighted.

I purchased these 3" Iron Heavy Duty Carabiner Clips for my home gym to make swapping out attachments quicker, and they’ve been fantastic. They’re incredibly strong and hold up well when used with my cable gym. The build quality is solid, and they’re easy to use. For the price, they’re an excellent value and have been a great addition to my setup. However, I’m not sure if they’d be suitable for climbing or other situations where safety is crucial. That said, I highly recommend them for gym or heavy-duty use!

These are really heavy. Like 3-4x the weight of a normal carabiner. They say they hold up to 855lbs, but if I'm holding something that heavy, I'll get locking safety carabiners.
