I looked up this kit from Holley and it was twice the price, with Dual carbs on my boat it was a no brainer, the kit has all the gaskets and o rings for multiple models, lots of extra pieces

fairly compleat kit. lots of extra gaskets. used it to rebuild my 4150 williamson racing carb. tested it yesterday, no leaks, fired right up. there is a problem with the power valves, it comes with three instead of four. you only need two for the rebuild, but, they should have the vaccum value stamped on them. the ones in the kit have no vacuum # value on them so you have no idea which ones to use or when they will open. holley, williams and other 4150 base carb companies use two different power valves for different horse power aplications and they are labled on the face of the power valve. so, you need two of the higher vacuum or two of lower vacuum. so why is there only three and what are there vacuum values ???? this can make your rebuild not perform correctly???? they should have one kit with four power valves or should offer the option to buy a kit with the lower or the upper vacuum power valves. not knowing which ones to use can cause the carb to starve for fuel or dump to much fuel depending on your engines need for fuel ??????

Lot's of so so gaskets un marked power valves and missing acc pump ck valves and some missing o rings other wise you will need to have spare parts on hand to complete the build.

Only no directions, no parts list. Included are 3 power valves, but with absolutely no markings on then. I have no idea the values of these power valves. I hate having to guess what they are, since my old one was still good, it went back into the carburetor. It was marked.

“You get what you pay for”. I was excited because this was a budget friendly rebuild kit, but it had several issues. It did not come with all of the needed parts to rebuild the double pumper Holley carb that it was supposed to. It was missing 1 accelerator pump check valve (umbrella type) and 2 idle mixture screw gaskets. The baseplate gasket did not fit and had to be cut to fit. The power valves were not labeled, so you have no clue which ones you would be putting in. Luckily I had an old rebuild kit with enough spare parts to finish rebuilding my carb, but I would definitely not recommend this kit even for the price!
