The cardiostix are well made. They have taken a lot of use and still look new. I've recommended them to many friends and they are also impressed with the quality. I originally ordered the wrong cardiostix (my fault). The company was very nice and professional and refunded my money immediately. Finally something to add in to my already existing exercise that I do daily it’s nice to change things up once in a while and actually look forward to using them I’ll do them once or twice and add them into my regular routine of everything else I do for exercise but it’s a fun switch up that I always look forward to and makes me excited. We need more of that when you been doing the same stuff for years, I highly recommend them the grips do get a little sticky to the feel at times maybe it’s because they’re still new but other than that I’m really happy with the purchase they come with a cute bag I would highly recommend them for a nice switch up to make your exercise fun

I had Pound Sticks but the garbage it cracked in half while exercising. These are much better and have the weight needed and didn't crack. I would definitely recommend it if you are using Pound sticks.

following hand surgery, I needed drumsticks that I could grip. These Cardio-Stix are perfect with the slight weight only 8 oz. still a reminder to hold tight which is improving my grip awareness.

Really like the sticks, nice diameter and grips are good and I don’t find them slippery even at the end of class. The carry bag is ok, but I wouldn’t pay extra for it as I never use it, sticks just go straight in the gym bag.These were the heaviest sticks I could find and weight wise they’re ok, but I wish you could order heavier.
