This is not a plug and play. This unit will fit but will not restore full function with out programming. I was told to take it to a dealer but I was told by my local GMC dealer that they would not program it if they did not install it and that they would not quote me a new controller and programming with out paying a $200 dollar diagnostic fee. Make sure you have someone who can program this before ordering
