First, this motor was purchased from Amazon. It came packed well and is a new motor not a rebuilt one which is a super deal. The motor quality is very good and it installed / operates perfectly. It is a solid sounding motor which produces little noise.This was installed in an early 1992 Ford F250 so just a little information for those installing for this application of similar years: You will need to remove your upper cowl panel and wiper arms to install the motor correctly. The reason for this is it allows easier access to the upper motor bolts and allows for removal of the wiper drive arms with clip.1) Remove wipers by lifting wiper and pulling out clip stub with pliers. This allows removal of the wiper arms.2) Remove the five top screws on top side of cowl and all screws on the front (under hood) side of cowl.3) Remove the antenna.4) Pull the cowl forward to clear the molding around the window then lift above molding to tilt up at window side and push back. This is a little tricky with the hood attached and to limit scratching of paint I suggest using tape at the contact points which will be very obvious.4a) If you find that your antenna under side connector is binding you will need to pop the window molding off the passenger side slightly as it will allow additional movement. The tricky part is to get the cowl high enough to clear antenna bottom and angled enough to get over wiper mount stubs. If you don't want to manipulate the cowl this way you will need to remove the hood (making it much easier) but that requires a second person and additional work)5) With cowl slid back out of way reach in and unhook wiper bar pin clip by lifting at an angle and sliding off.6) Slide both wiper bars off the motor arm.7) Unhook both power plugs to the motor and unbolt the motor with a 10MM socket (this will work on both top left bolt and bottom right) Use a open end 10mm on upper right top bolt.8) Install in motor reverse order.

Comes pre-mounted onto the larger mounting plate which allows for fresh foam sealing so that is a plus. The only reason I knocked a star off was because the male electrical spade terminals on the actual motor connector are a little shorter than the oem spades so if the plug is just a little loose it may not make solid contact. I inspected the electrical connectors before installing to verify the orientation of the actual terminals and caught this. When I tested the new motor before installing it, all speeds / functions worked. After installing, the high speed did not work until I jostled the plug a little bit. will have to monitor tis to see if it becomes a problem. Being on a truck with stiff suspension could cause vibration and jostle it loose.
