Set of four lights with two adapters for your car tire. I chose the adapter that allowed the light to sit upright for maximum view of the lights.The lights are rechargeable with USB-C and oddly enough the kit comes with a 3-in-1 adapter. Not 4-in-1, so you can charge them all on the same cable, but 3. Possibly it's a current limit, I don't know.The lights have a small on-off switch by the charge port so don't miss it and think your lights don't work. You also need to try them in the dark so the day-night sensor isn't triggered; keeping the lights from powering up.For a small sedan, we needed to be above 30 mph to get a circular effect. Speeds below 30 mph gave us counter-rotating lights.

This item is the real deal. You get a set of 4 lights and 2 sets of different valve adapters to place the lights on. The lights have a on/ off switch and it comes with a USB adaptor for charging. The lights flash when there is movement on the tires. Very easy to install and they look sharp at night. Can be used with any tire that has a standard valve on it. Bikes, cars, kids tricycles, anything that has a standard screw valve on it. Great gift idea and would purchase again.
