Looks exactly like the OEM part that was in the calipers. Fit perfect in my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD.

Replaced two pistons on two different calipers. These are identical to OEM.

I had to replace this piston while upgrading my braking system to a cross drilled/ceramic brake pads thing, and I discovered my old piston was missing a CHUNK and that with the new pads installed I would leak brake fluid (a NO GO condition), so the complete brake calipers were pricey and only rebuilt ones offered around, so I ordered these, replaced them and the o-ring that comes with it, flushed and renewd my brake fluid, de-aireated and voila!You will need some skills and a couple of tools to do this, but its really simple.
