So I got this item and it worked out really well I did fall so just be aware you might fall it goes really fast so if you just be very careful also the battery doesn't last so try not to take this to California write it all the way to California or to the next city it won't last it's only plug in so make sure that you have a charging station nearby you do need to charge it for at least 5 hours so just be sure to be careful when writing the scooter I had a lot of fun I'm still writing it it's still in perfect condition after I fell I didn't bruise anything I just hurt my knee but I'll be fine it's fun and enjoy!

Great for a young kid. Bought this for my 9 y/o and is a great starter electric scooter to learn on. Has decent speed and power for a kid but the only draw back is the battery drains fast. Other than that it's a great scooter.

Arrived 3 days early, very easy to put together, added security with the app makes it impossible to for someone to ride it , 3 speeds I feel I’ve got my money worth!

Everything works amazing on this with two exceptions. The battery life isn't as long as advertised and the app is kinda bad. It gives you the essential functions and they're great being able to lock and track the scooter is amazing, but often it does not connect and so I have to restart the app often multiple times. You can set the speeds for the 3 modes, ECO D S up to 61mph through the app, and even if I set max to 61 it caps out at it's own limit while staying its going 61 so that's not working lol. But the scooter itself is great and preforms amazing.

Grandson loved it, but was missing 2screws that hold handle bars on, when I messaged the company never received an answer back. We then took it upon ourselves to fix the issue.

We gave this to my son for his birthday and so far he loves it. He immediately figured out how to turn it on the faster speed so I don't even know what the slower speed is, but it seems appropriate for around our neighborhood. He tried getting on my scooter that goes up to 20 mph and immediately cranked it to full speed so I'm happy that his scooter is not capable of speeds that fast. We do also have a relatively flat neighborhood so if you have steep hills, this might not have enough power. The charging is easy and he likes the lights down the side of it. It's also light enough for him to carry up the stairs to put away which I appreciate.Now the negatives. Given I still gave it 5 stars neither of these are big issues. The first is that the instructions were not great so it took us a couple minutes to figure out how to actually get it going. There's only 1 foot button on the scooter and just pushing it did nothing. Turns out you need to start scooting, then hit the button and it'll engage the drive. It makes sense, it just wasn't in the directions we had. The second is that the rubber plug to cover the charging port is really hard to get in so my son just doesn't do it. I generally try to put it in when I see it, but I have trouble with it too. I'm guessing that will eventually cause issues when dirt or moisture get in there, but so far it hasn't been an issue.Overall it's a nice starter scooter. It's not going to go super fast or up steep hills, but for our purposes it's great.
