I searched out for this kind of item specifically for the material. You can use this to wash the car but I needed this item to use on my wood floors when I physically polished them. Down on my hands and knees. It did not shed, it is durable, lightweight. My floors look great.

This type of mitt does the best job for me. It’s wool, isn’t heavy and holds lots of subs
