I originally bought an "off brand' motor. About a week in, I noticed it was extremely loud, although, upon examination, the bearings seemed OK.I replaced it with this Carrier brand motor, and the difference was dramatic. The Carrier brand was completely silent, and I actually thought the motor wasn't working when it first started running.The motor felt slightly heavier than the knock off, and the quality difference was evident within minutes of use.I have to say it, the extra$15.00 spent on the Carrier motor was totally worth it. Guarantee, we're good for another 10 years. I'd say, I'd buy this again, but I bet I won't have to for at least a decade.

This gasket is too small for Draft Fan Motor (318858-752/318984-753) in Carrier Furnace #58PAV111-16116.I had to pay for returning it.
