I had reservations when unpacking this truck ensemble as my grandson is only two years old. To my surprise the hauling truck, taxi, bus and other two vehicles that come in the package are pretty sturdy. They withstood lots of abuse and kept him occupied longer than the Disney car ramp he got the other day and lasted only 5 minutes then was tossed to the side not to be noticed again since this toy arrived. I like this toy better as it is easier for him to grasp and hold on to. I feel it is more toddler friendly. The friction I would describe as, you push either toy, let go and the toy continues to roll a little ways. So far this in my humble opinion was a good buy.The only thing I wish was different is, I wish the hauler was long enough for all four smaller vehicles to fit inside it. That really is not a negative though as two fit on top and two fit inside as shown on the product page.

This toy looked like fun with all of the different smaller vehicles to tow, but to be honest, I only have one left after one year and my son still plays with this religiously. The two detaching pieces did become harder to keep in place without holding them, but he now knows how to do that while racing this around the house. The lights and noise are a nice feature as well. It is bigger than expected, and my 25lb toddler will even sit on it at times and move the trailer with his feet. LOL. Many different uses. The small cars that came along also fit on other race tracks etc from other toy sets. Its been one year and my 2.5 year old still loves this toy! Would recommend!

This is great for a one year old. Too small for a 4 year old grandson. The picture is very deceiving in the size.

Purchased this for my grandson and he absolutely loves it. The little cars are really fun with the pull back and release feature and my grandson loves to load up the truck with his wooden blocks. Really nice toy that appears to be holding up really well at the hands of a 2 year old boy.

I JUST received this truck. I was shocked at the size of it. The pictures are VERY misleading. It's VERY small. Im extremely disappointed. My grandson is only 18 months old.. I'm sure he'll enjoy it just the same.

I bought this truck as a birthday gift for my one year old son. He doesn’t have any friction powered cars yet so this was the main reason I bought it. The big truck comes, as described, with 4 little cars (2 buses, 1 car and 1 plane). The big truck and the biggest little bus can be pushed whereas the other 3 are pulled back to go (friction-powered, no battery needed for this to function). Unfortunately one bus doesn’t work properly, the wheels spin noisily but it does barely move. All others work fine. A bit disappointed considering the price of it… My little one still enjoys it!
