We have had this shovel for FIVE years now, and it has survived five winters of use by three different boys. While it is durable, it is also an ideal size for a 3-5 year old to help shovel or to dig out a snow fort.

We're having a significant snow year this year and I bought 4 of these at $12.50 each delivered! I bought 4 because I thought that they'd fall apart like the ones I got at a local Walmart. But these are much better. These are all metal, they snap together quickly and are compact enough when disassembled that they don't take much space in your care. I've been using them regularly this year. Once in a 4 hour effort to dig my truck out of a snowy ditch earlier this week. The shovel has held up well. No issues! At the current price, they are a great value.

Pretty good. Bought to clear out an outdoor wheelchair elevator and a small porch. Light duty shovel, good for 1 to 3†of snow, more if it’s not too heavy. I wanted one with a small width but a fairly long handle and this roots the bill. Breaks down in pieces for storage.

This arrived right in time to need it, as we had a rough snow and ice storm. I assembled this easily and used it to help dig out my car, then take it apart for next time. I was so impressed, I ordered a second for my other car. This is a great item, well made, sturdy but not too heavy. I am sure you can use it in the garden and not just for snow. I highly recommend every car and household have one. I love how it takes up so little space, too

Excellent little snow shovel (Minnesota). I got it for my 2 year-old granddaughter to help mom & dad with the snow removal. I didn't want to get one of those cheap, plastic toy shovels that are pretty useless. I put it together without the center section, making it a reasonable size for her (she's big for her age). I gave the center section to her dad, so he could also use it, either with or without that section. My other son, who is a truck driver, saw it and said it was much better than the plastic ones that he takes on the road with him, and ends up replacing often. It's very strong / sturdy - but light weight, and is easy to put together and take a part. A great shovel for your trunk (or for a growing kid). lve

Generally good for what it is. It's a nice emergency shovel to keep in your car and use for emergencies. It folds up nice and small. I like that it's aluminum rather than plastic (more durable). The pieces also fit reasonable tightly together when it's assembled. Obviously, you wouldn't want to get it to shovel your driveway or sidewalk, too small. But it's decent as a small emergency shovel.Some downsides: 1. The T-handle is less comfortable that a D-handle would have been. 2. It's too short to use comfortably if you are tall. 3. The way the pieces connect (you can see in the picture) is a weak point. Anytime, you jam the shovel hard into dense snow, it will put too much pressure on those tabs. A shovel that screwed together would have been better (though, I suppose, more expensive to produce). 4. Only downside of aluminum is your are more likely to scratch your car than you would be with a plastic shovel. 5. For what it is, I think it's a bit overpriced, though to be fair, I consider most shovels (maybe all) to be overpriced.Overall, I like the product and have already used it and found it adequate and useful. Since it's only for occasional usage, I think it's worth it in spite of the downsides and I do prefer the durability of aluminum. So, the potential downsides are more of an fyi than anything else.

This little shovel is perfect for me. I can't handle a large snow shovel, but needed something to clear off my porch and steps during bad weather. It snaps together like the snaps on a walker, so it takes less than a minute to put together. It is more sturdy than I expected and nothing like the small shovels I've seen in the stores. Definitely worth the money.

Feels sturdy, very compact, easy to attach and worth the price. Good to have in the car for winter. You never know when youll need it.

Bought for camping in winter for clearing my tent spot, making trails, etc.It has great ergonomics. Even as a tall guy this shovel creates no problems for me. Love the shrinking size and how wide the shovel is. You get a good scoop each time. The drilled holes in the shovel head come in handy for many things. Tied a good size rock to the shovel and attached about 25 ft of rope to the handle, and boom I had an anchor for my dinghy to fish the small lake I was at. I’m sure in time those holes are gonna provide many more cool ideas.This shovel is just awesome. You will not regret the purchase. So just do it already.Seriously, do it.

We had a huge storm today, about 8 to 10 inches of snow. This little shovel came in very handy and held up well during a lot of shoveling between cars. The only thing I would change about it would be to be able to add another piece to the shovel to make it a bit longer. Very impressed with its ability to get under icy snow.

I found nothing wrong with this shovel , it’s very sturdy and light , trust me and buy it if you are looking for a good emergency shovel
