I ordered the bundle with a X type stand and a bench. A large box arrived, almost burst open, hanging on by the last gasps of the shipping tape. Inside the box I found parts of the bench, mostly just floating around, along with a CD half out of its sleeve. Luckily nothing was damaged and I was able to assemble the bench and stand. The keyboard itself was in another box, inside the big box, and was unharmed in shipping. I don't know what happened to the CD, as I have no way to use a CD.I am very satisfied with the keyboard. Granted I am a beginner, and have never owned a real piano. The weighting of the keys feels solid, and the pressure sensitivity gives a wide range of volume. It sounds like a real piano to me, but again, I am no expert. I've not tried many of the other voices, and don't imagine I will. The sound from the speakers is clear and loud. Dual headphone jacks allow two people to listen in, I am assuming this is for an instructor. I only used one. Headphone output is similarly clear, but slightly too soft for my liking, even on max volume. There's not a ton of documentation in the box, just enough to tell you the major features. One thing I don't love is that you need the documentation because almost all the features or done with the combination of one of three main labelled touch buttons and a keyboard key combination. But the keyboard keys aren't labelled. So, to select 'harpsichord', you'll either need to remember the key combination, hunt and peck, or consult the diagrams in the manual. This does make for an clean, aesthetically pleasing keyboard design without a lot of visual clutter. This model comes with a bluetooth module that plugs into the single USB A slot in the back. The bluetooth module has even less documentation. With a bit of difficulty I was able to turn it on. But then I couldn't figure out how to use it. I connected my phone. Nothing. I thought perhaps I could play the keyboard through bluetooth headphones. Nope. But then I sat down with the headphones on, and played an instructional video on my phone, and found that the audio was playing through my headphones. It seems my phone figured out to use the keyboard's bluetooth as an audio output, and then the keyboard mixed this in with the piano's output. It works very well. But other than this I've not discovered any other way to use the bluetooth functionality.Overall I am thoroughly satisfied with this purchase, though I would suggest that the company that creates the bundle do a better job with packaging.

LOVE this keyboard! It’s small and compact but still full sizes keyboard and easily portable. I shopped around a lot before purchasing. I ordered it in white, but the seat came in black. They issued me a $50 credit, said to keep it, and I ordered an upgraded seat. The seat that comes with it is too low and too small. JFI. I usually keep it on Grand piano settings. Comes with just one pedal but again upgraded to 3 pedals which I spray painted silver. I would have included a pic but didnt want anyone thinking that’s what to expect. With the fully weighted keys, sounds like a piano keyboard.

I purchased this keyboard for my kids and myself to Learn piano. I love the quality and the sound of it. My kids enjoy all the melodies that come with it and different sound effects. Very easy to use and set up.

Keys are stiff. Problem with materials in key action system. After playing for some time, it is painful to play unlike other digital pianos. Weighted action is not as developed as other advanced digital pianos.

I was skeptical about buying any piano online since I have minimal references I have tried in person, and I know different companies feel or sound different. I was very pleased with the Casio, it feels great, not exactly like an upright piano(no digital piano I’ve tried outside of $5000+ hybrid pianos feel the same) but I can absolutely take what I learn from it and apply it to any piano out there. And don’t get me wrong, It feels great, the weight is nice and comfortable, and the key travel allows musicality and sounds beautiful and emotional. A big part for me was the looks, and the Casio is one of the best looking in my opinion, it is obviously made if plastic but it is much sleeker than most alternatives and it doesn’t disappoint in person. Also in my bundle included an upgraded sustain pedal its fabulous, highly recommend, the included leaves a lot to be desired.

Piano and accessories are good, however, received a non-adjustable bench. Seller would not replace bench. Adjustable benches are important for portable pianos.
