1 star You get what you pay for. This pan is completely unpolished - especially the cooking surface which is as rough as gritty sandpaper.Slight amendment: 3 star - we oiled it well and cooked eggs. They didn’t stick very badly. I thought it would be much worse.

Really nice but heavy. It seems to only get really hot just in the middle so food doesn’t cook evenly. I only used it on my stove top so it might be better for something else.

Don’t waste your money!! First, you can’t get enough non stick spray on the pan to avoid your food to stick like glue on the pan. Then, it says don't soak and use a soft rag to clean. All while having your food so burnt on that half of what you cooked is still stuck to the pan. There was no choice but to soak a little and use a sponge to clean the food off. Attached are pictures of the results! After one cleaning… RUST! Makes me wonder if the black is just paint that comes off with the first cleaning. Returning and taking my chance with a nonstick!

I have used my Square 11" Cast iron grill for cooking. It works great they say Pre-Seasoned., But I re- season it. Being Cast Iron Pan Heat-Resistant from top to bottom I wa able to do that.I was able to cook eggs, meat plus grill veggies. Neither stuck to the pan You know you just have to make it hot if it needs to be hot and evenly oil
