I love cast iron pot and pans. This is a great cooking tool. I use in on my grill, wood fired oven and in the kitchen. It’s especially useful for rendering fat at high temperatures to baste. I keep sauces hot on the fire and mop on the deliciousness without care for it. It’s cast iron so nothing will melt on it.Get one.
