The package arrived on time and box was not damaged, but my son is unable to put the bar together. One end screwed on okay but the other end does not. No matter if he had someone holding it or tried placing it on the other end on the floor, it will not go in. So disappointed as this was a birthday gift for him. I want a refund.

Everything first of all was very well packaged to limit damage, and the pride of the unit was exemplified by a request for product review contained in box.Having said that, everything was well manufactured and fit together very well. Product is top rate.Very satisfied!

The weight plates I received looked GREAT! I like the fact you can grip them easily. I had to return the product because I didn't receive the barbell or a second 25lb weight. I was supposed to receive two shipments. The plates were bundled together in two separate shipments. The barbell was not included (or the second 25 lb weight). It was a minor annoyance to put the plates back in the original packaging to meet the return terms. Luckily I didn't have to really seal anything. I wish this item had worked out because the price is phenomenal.

The weights were packed very well with no damage upon receipt. Assembly of the bar was easy to just screw together. Would make the set very portable in a vehicle. I like the steel weights which have openings to hold them individually. I am an older person so the total weight is fine for me.

Ordered for my son who is just starting out with weights he was really excited when it arrived only for us to find out we couldn't get it put together It's not threaded properly.

1 screw coupler was threaded wrong and willmot go on. When you buy something new you would figure it would all come in working order. Their so called support does not work either. How does one contact the company?
