This is a great hammock style bed for my older cat. She absolutely loves it year around. The bed is suspended about 3 inches off the floor, so it cradles her by not resting on a hard floor. The cover is removable for washing, but I tuck a small cover over it to keep it nice.

Great cat bed. Big and sturdy and my cats are all fighting over it so I just ordered another. It could have better instructions because you have to make sure it’s lined up right but fairly easy to assemble.

We bought this and assembled it. Crooked. Misaligned screw holes. Retuned and replaced. New one was easy to put together but it was completely unstable. Kind of like when you need to fold up a napkin to stabilize a wonky table at a restaurant. Nope.

Very soft and both cats and our 14 year old chihuahua have tried them. They do sink down with weight. The largest cat is 9 pounds and it goes down a little but not all the way to the floor. You can run a vacuum hose over it for the hair. I would buy again or for someone else!

My cats both really love this hammock bed! It's always tricky to find feline furniture that appeals to both of them, and it looks like this hammock fits the bill. It was kind of difficult to assemble because the instructions aren't very clear, but between the pictures provided and some common sense (and a little trial and error), I was able to figure it out in about fifteen minutes, maybe. I suspect it could have been done in less than ten minutes if the directions had been clearer. But once assembled, it looks cute and feels pretty sturdy. Most importantly, my cats seem to love it! It's only a few inches off of the floor, but it certainly seems to be enough for them, and for Prudence, especially. I love that it's easy to clean, and I can put the fuzzy, cozy cover on it for a little extra warmth in the winter, or take it off and leave the canvas hammock bare and cooler during the summer months. As for the rating, this bed loses a star for confusing assembly instructions, but it still gets four for being feline fabulous!

It's a HIT! She LOVES it! I ordered a different cat bed and it was a flimsy joke with missing pieces! I immediately set it up for return and ordered this one, and I couldn't be happier! My 16 yr old cat is happy too, and that is ALL that matters! It's very sturdy .... Huge deal or deal-breaker if it moves when she gets on or off, but this stays put! Love it!!!

I have had this for months my cats use it every single day. They both love it. My older cat likes that it and it seems to help her hips being in a hammock of sorts. Thank you.
