I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this cat dish rack is bc it looked thinner than some. But what a great product at a great price! I ordered another after unwrapping this shipment.It came nicely wrapped with protective packaging. Love the ceramic dishes with fish and paw designs.

I love this elevated three bowl set up. I used to have a flat stainless steel two bowl set up with a third bowl on the side for wet food. My daughter's cat would kick that bowl to the floor; now she can't. I feed her on her tree away from my dog's access. The bowls are a great size, wide and deep; for I just learned about whisker fatigue. She dosen't take her food out the bowl anymore to eat. The bowls are nice, easy to clean and arrived intact. The elevated stand is sturdy and a nice height. Seems to be going well so far. Excellent packaging and delivery was great and on time. I recommend it!

I ordered this set as I have 3 cats and figured 3 bowls, off the ground, would be good for them. The product arrived as listed, however, as is apparently common with the ceramic bowls, one of them had shattered during shipping. Per the included pamphlet, I sent an email to support letting them know that one of the bowls was broken on delivery. They responded very quickly and asked for a picture of the broken bowl. I sent it along with my shipping address and shortly received a reply that a replacement would be shipped ASAP. I was told it could take up to 5 days to arrive. The next day, I received the replacement.The metal rack that holds the bowls is plain but sturdy. It doesn't block the cats from eating out of the bowls in any way. The bowls are also spaced far enough apart that all three cats can eat comfortably without crowding each other.The bowls are very nice ceramic. They are smooth and very easy to clean.I am very happy with this purchase and the customer support.

I ordered this set to replace the bowls from a similar set from a different company that were broken while cleaning. This set is cute. Good quality and good price. It has little rubber caps on the legs to prevent slipping. Height is good for my cats and my toy chihuahua.

Son muy bonitos, llegaron intactos y una de las cosas positivas es que si llegasen los platos rotos te los reponen sin costo.El punto negativo es que están algo pequeños y no tan altos como para un gato/animalito grande
