My little kitty figured out a way to bend the ring enough to where she was able to lick her legs, which were the areas I was trying to stop her from licking. When I received it, put it on her, she figured it out immediately. I sent it back same day.

Our traditional e collar was preventing drinking and eating. This new collar made that much easier and doesn't block air and peripheral vision of my cat. Only caveat is that it seems much easier for my cat to remove on her own. Needed to really tighten down more. Basically, I am glad that I bought it but not sure I would use it for the first few days after surgery. Maybe for after that.

Unless your cat is very pliant, they will get this off... very quickly.That being said. It is made very well and it was very easy to clean after I gave up trying to keep it on her.

Ottimi collare, la mia gatta ringrazia. A differenza del classico collare a cono riesce a muoversi e a dormire liberamente ed è facilissimo da indossare. Premetto che è una gatta tranquilla e non ha cercato di toglierselo, forse un gatto più vivace ci proverebbe con più facilità . Ho anche notato che riesce a raggiungere leccandosi le zampe posteriori e la coda, ma se il vostro gatto non deve leccarsi il corpo è perfetto. Consigliato!

This is a great collar. I've tried so many; the inflatable ones are too bulky to sleep. and the velcro closure noise is scary for them. The cone-style just depresses them and depending on the type of closure are awkward and fiddly to put on. This one has a large hole you can just quickly slip over your cats head and has a draw-string closure. It is very lightweight and doesn't block their view and doens't look so uncomfortable to sleep with. Also easy to clean!

Dieser Kragen ist ein wahrer Segen im Vergleich zu den üblichen Trichterkragen, die man vom Tierarzt bekommt! Die Katze ist weniger im Sichtfeld eingeschränkt, die empfindlichen Schnurrhaare werden geschont und es sitzt durch den weichen Bund und das geringe Gewicht wesentlich bequemer. Auch beim Fressen und Trinken gibt's keine Probleme. Man merkt der Katze direkt an, wie viel wohler sie sich fühlt.Das Anziehen geht leicht (viel leichter als beim Trichter!) und die Weite sollte bei den meisten Katzen gut passen.Hinweis: Für Verletzungen im hinteren, unteren Körperbereich oder an den Hinterbeinen jedoch nicht unbedingt geeignet, da sie dort teilweise rankommt. Unbedingt mit dem Tierarzt abklären.Ansonsten eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!

Après avoir essayé différentes formes de collerettes anti léchage, je trouve que celle-ci est une des plus pratiques. Sa largeur et la rigidité de son pourtour (c’est un disque, pas un cône) ne sont peut être pas des plus esthétiques mais la rende efficace pour protéger l’ensemble du corps (sauf sans doute les extrémités, queue et pattes). L’intérieur en maille, ajustable par cordon, est doux et confortable, la matière principale est facilement lavable d’un coup d’éponge, et surtout sa légèreté et sa faible épaisseur font que l’animal peut se coucher dessus pour dormir. Le champ de vision n’est pas réduit et elle permet de manger et boire sans problème (mieux vaut des récipients surélevés cependant). Mon chat la supporte très bien et ne cherche pas à l’enlever. Le seul inconvénient est que sa largeur peut empêcher le chat de rentrer dans une litière fermée, mais il suffit de retirer le couvercle de celle-ci temporairement.
