I ordered this for my 2 year old male cat who managed to aggravate his sister into yanking a chunk of fur out of his upper chest during a rough play session. The top layer of skin came out with the fur, so he's had a raw area about an ich below his collarbone that's been healing rather slowly because he keeps scratching it and tearing it open. I was hopeful that this bodysuit would cover the raw patch so it could heal over, but I goofed while measuring him and it wound up too short. I'm still keeping it though, because it's very well made and I'm sure it'll be perfect if we ever need it for one of our smaller cats. I like that the neck has a drawstring to keep it snug, and that the velcro on the back is wide and extra heavy duty. I'm going to try to properly measure him, and find one that's long enough, because I'm sure it'll come in handy.

(And apparently the makers of this suit did not either.)This suit is light weight, does not over heat the cat, and the fit is adjustable. It keeps the cat from licking the wound. All true.My cat had minor surgery. I am sure the stiches itch. The suit does NOT keep the cat from scratching or biting at the itchy, healing site.Great product, as long as the wound is not one that itches the feline.

My cat had to get a Freestyle Libre and kept taking it off. I got him these pjs and problem solved. He hated them at first but now he's getting used to them. I think he looks really cute with them on as well.

Got my kitten spayed and this made life so much easier. Great color, keeps her from bothering the incision and helps keep it dirt free.

This came neatly wrapped, and seems to be real cotton. It's very thin, but that might help it be less hot for the cat in summer. I wouldn't expect it to last too long in use, but for a few times after spaying and other emergencies, this should work well. It was easy to put on thanks to the velcro back design, and testing it on the cat, she didn't kick up too much of a fuss. She also can't reach the surgery site, so this will help a lot after the visit. This seems like a good thing to have on hand for your kitties, and fit as expected.
