Best toy product I've bought in years. Comes with extra feathers, cable line. Don't go to PetSmart, Petco, etc. it's a ripoff what they charge for a stick with feathers. Amazon for cat stuff is the only place I shop now.

Title kinda says it all. But, I’ll say a lot more.My cat has gobs and gobs of toys around the house, including other kinds and brands of feather wands, but he’s never responded to any other toy with this level of pure enthusiasm and enjoyment!! He wants to play with THESE wands CONSTANTLY.I think it’s a combo of the feather size and variety (perfect!) and the fact that the feathers are not dyed, so they retain the coloring and patterns (and to him, the illusion) of being real birds (and also probably don’t smell or taste as funny to his acute feline senses as some of those neon-dyed ones do).The wands themselves are also superior in quality to anything else we’ve had (and we’ve had a LOT! Including other telescoping kinds). They actually stay telescoped when you want them to, are an ideal length, and provide just the right amount of spring and flexibility.The monofilament line that the feather attachments hook to, are the perfect length and tinsel strength. The small bells on the feather attachments, in combination with the line and flow of the wand, lend the feathers a flawless combo of weight and motility, allowing them to realistically mimic the movement patterns of live prey.*The bell isn’t too shrill or loud*. I usually take bells off of most toys because they are too annoying, but this is more like the faint chirp of say…a small bird out in the wild!!?!?These also seem incredibly durable, we’ve yet to lose a feather, snap a line, see the integrity of the telescope fail, despite non-stop and often vigorous ambushes!.In every way, these are phenomenal. Kitty leads me to them - or brings them to me - multiple times per day. His sweet, playful, and deep-down-wild-heart has completely fallen for them.

We have this set and it is used in 2 ways. One feather attachment is on the pole, which has proven to be quite sturdy! The pole is weighted down inside his toy bucket, and he delights in pulling down the end of the pole and letting it spring upward before he pounces at the feathers. Another feather cluster is not attached to anything, and he loves to toss it around and carry it with him... usually to place it on our bed.

These are very flexible rods. The string is made of some kind of plastic or plastic like material and my kitten ended up chewing through them. The feathers had held up nicely after play, and it was a favorite toy for both my adult cat and my kitten. The retraction ability of the rods is nice for storage. Overall the value for the money is great, I just wish I was more careful in making sure my kitten couldn't take them out of storage and bite through the strings. I also didn't need to replace the feathers even after several months of use.

These toys have lasted a long time even with frequent use. Poles are nice and long. Comes with a great assortment of well made attachments. Highly recommended.

So far, this is the best feather toy I've purchased for my 9 month old kitten, who was initiating aggressive 'play' with my dog. And I do mean aggressive with teeth and claws out for the takedown of an English Springer Spaniel yet! The aggression is totally under control after a session with this toy. My biggest problem now is that my Springer wants to join in the fun so these feathers are the real deal; not dyed or altered. I am so pleased that this purchase includes another wand and replacement feathers because I think we're going to need them.

I got these in October and it’s February now and they both have been broken. My cat has a high play drive and we play with these wands a few hours everyday. These are kinda flimsy and cheap, but I like that they are neutral colors and it gets the job done. The “extendable†aspect was not great, once I had it at the longest setting it pretty much wouldn’t work with the lower ones because the longer part would just come right out. The wire also gets pretty tangled. Overall, 3-4 stars. Getting again for convenience. Hopefully I get another 5 months out of them.

Best toy by far. My cats both come running to play from a different room if they hear this toy. The rods are string and long lasting, and the interchangeable toys are all loved both on and off the rod. The feather ones cleverly spins and dance through the air, creating interest for hours of fun, literally. One of my cats drags the toy, rod and all upstairs and onto my bed, for me to play with him. Brilliant and good value.

Bought this to get our 2 cats playing again as they've both got a bit lazy. One of them loves it other isn't too fussed. Different coloured feathers keeps 1 entertained and so far has stood up against their fights. The metal bit attaching the rope to the wand did come off but that's because the toddler pulled it off, until then very sturdy as mentioned.

Feather are great, but the wand is not that great, it falls apart and the string is thick and quite short. I don’t think I would buy this again, but the cats loved the feathers.
