This is a great trivet. It's thick and has legs to allow the heat out from under it and is big enough to accommodate the largest plate or platter. It's also really adorable.

Such a nice heavy duty, black iron trivet in the shape of a cat, I liked it so much I ordered a second one to give to my best friend. We are both cat lovers and this is an especially nice heavy duty black trivet. I would recommend this to all cat lovers.

For putting under a potted houseplant so the water and rain can drain out properly with the help of the trivet ..instead of staying in pot and causing root rot..The cat trivet is nice enough also to decorate with or put a hot casserole on it!😃 I like it very much!

Bought this item as a Christmas gift. Got it within two days and it is almost perfect! Just disappointed to find that one of the rubber feet is missing. Was hoping to exchange it for another one, but the shipping for that says it would take more than a week which would be too late.Other than the missing foot, it seems like a great product!
