I got so tired of people using those barbeque lighters to light the church candles. I purchased these for the candle lighter and they work really well. I showed people how to use them and it looks so much nicer when we light the candles now. Little things like this really count. :)

We purchased some cheaper Tapers for our Sanctuary/Nave and regretted it. U couldnt even walk without shielding the taper or it would blow out. These are great.

I tried several types of wicks for our acolyte staffs. Some wouldn't stay lit, some burnt down like crazy and dripped wax.I tried beeswax hemp wicks. Yeah, that wasn't a good idea. They came apart inside the staff housing, and they smelled horrible. These are the real deal. Yes, they are expensive. But they are 1960s quality. Just get them.

Fantastic! The wax taper performed beautifully. The taper was a little long for our particular lighting apparatus; however, a little snip off the tip took care of the situation. As far as thickness goes, the taper fit our lighter perfectly. No drips and the taper stayed lit during lighting of the advent wreath (third Sunday - Joy) we take our time lighting the candles while a reading for each Sunday and Christmas Eve is said. I’d recommend these to any church or other ceremonial lighting of candles.

Nothing can replace these, so if you need them for lighting lots of candles, then there's nothing like it.

They are a little too long for our holders, but I cut them in half and used one in our two holders. Works great!

Excellent . These wicks stay lighted where the previous wicks had to be thrown away. The children are more confident in lighting candles using these

I thought these were pricey when I purchased them, but they last a long time. I use then for incense twice a day. It took me a month or longer to use up a single stick! I will buy again... in like 2 years lol.
