Just received for christmas but so far it's pretty good. A couple of the cats like it and play with the balls. They are curious as to the tunnels but haven't ventured into them yet. I'm sure with time they will be running through it. It was a good purchase and I'm happy with it.

My 5 cats love this tunnel! It’s stays up unless they jump on it but it pops right back up. My cats layout in the front as well! I highly recommend it.

Purchased this for my cat who was initially very excited about this "toy". But as he kept playing hard with the ball at end of the tunnel, the zipper would continually break open which means the tunnel doesn't stay in place. Appears the zippers could be of higher quality.

Anytime I review a pet product I preface it with the fact that all cats are different, and what one cat loves, ten other cats will probably hate (and vice versa). Always keep that in mind. Therefore, I don't factor their behavior into my review. Instead, I focus on the quality and safety of the product.This was very simple to put together. Simply zip the parts together and you're done! However, as you can see from my first photo, the end of the zipper is sewn into the seam so I'm unable to zip it fully to the end. It is like that on both sections. It's a bit weird and it leaves a small space where it doesn't close all the way, but it doesn't really cause any problems with the product. It's just odd. The zipper remains relatively "hidden" and does not cause any sort of safety issue.Sadly, my cats aren't crazy about this. I keep their claws neatly trimmed, but they still "stick" to the mat and I don't think they like that feeling. When they do play on it, they chase each other in and out quickly, but their claws stick causing them issues and they end up just walking away from it. They love the toys that dangle, but they stand on the floor (avoiding the mat) and play with them. One of the toys (the feather) attaches, with a metal clip, to a loop that is sewn into the top. This is a really nice feature because when they destroy it (and they will) you are able to unclip it and attach a new toy. The other two (little balls) are sewn into the top of the tunnel. It would be much better if those also detached so you could replace them.One of my girls prefers to lay on top of it which has caused some issues with it keeping its shape. She has flattened it a bit, but that's how she likes to play with it, so I let her be happy. I feel that my cats would like it much better if there was a different material on the base of the mat. It's nice and soft but they don't seem to like that.It is a good size, both of my cats can fit inside of it together, but they don't often do that. Overall, it's not a bad product at all, but it's inability to keep its shape, the fact that all three toys can't be detached and replaced combined with a price that I feel is a tad too high for what you get, I'm giving it 3 stars. I would love to give this 3.5 stars but I can't do that. However, 4 stars seems too high for me, so consider my 3 closer to 3.5.

My cats love this cat tunnel bed. It has a area they can lay down on or it has the tunnel that they can go through if they’re feeling a little shy or like they don’t want to be bothered. My cats feel like that often lol. It doesn’t take up a huge amount of space. It’s nice and soft. They can lay on it with no problems and it has been working very well for us. Actually the cat tunnel piece is detachable if you want to remove it, but I’ve never tried to because I like to use it with it on.

The minus is, that the feathers of the hanging toy were broken, because of the dense packaging.
