I have a "Catit" brand carrier already, so I wanted another for my new kitty. Unfortunately it is missing 1 of the white clips that hold the carrier together.

It has a good size for my cat, i loved the window to pet or calm the cats, but in one visit to the vet the handle broke and it was very difficult to open it. Catit doesn't have that part. I'm using a furniture handle but it doesn't fit properly to secure it.UPDATE: customer services contacted me with a replacement for the whole door and the handle, totally free and they gave me treats for my cats, i'm very grateful.

Bought to replace a previous version of the same item. That did break eventually, but it had done 11 years of vet and cattery visits, so I can confirm it’s sturdiness.The cat hates it for obvious reasons, but it is quite easy to get him in. It’s also lightweight which is a bonus, as the cat is not little!

The sales blurb says "durable, sturdy material" it appears to be neither durable or sturdy.Arrived well packed but with split in structure...Plus's........ Lightweightnegatives..... Not confident it would hold a cat for any time while travellingRefunded would not buy again
