The lens worked just as intended when using it as a collimating lens along with the primary diode lens. I was able to cut the beam width by about half at 38 feet. I wish the lens was glass but it works well as is.

Item arrived with only a single lens in the package, in the product sales imaging there are three that are shown. Lesson learned as they say. Also the focal point is less than indicated. That is the reason for the 4 stars.

I used this to focus a red beam down to a point for coupling into waveguides. Works very well at 633 nm.

It didn’t focus my green laser at all without blurring . By the time I had it far enough to start getting smaller it would then start refracting back larger . Unfortunately a waist of time for me on this . But maybe isn’t strong enough reflection or I need a glass lense
