I bought this paper-making set, and I absolutely love it! It’s the perfect size for beginners just starting in paper making. It does come with small instructions on how to use it in the pulp mixture, but it doesn’t explain how to make the pulp, so you’ll need to research that part yourself. I ended up cutting up an old sheet to place my paper on, and it was super easy to stack the sheets and carry them to where I wanted them to dry. You can even hang them up to dry if that works better for you. I’m using this set to make a handmade journal as a wedding gift for my fiancé by binding the pages in leather. It’s been such a fun and meaningful project! Highly recommend this for anyone looking to try paper making.

For a newbie at paper making I really do like this set. It is affordable and nice. I like the sponge it comes with. Transfer paper isn’t too bad I do like that it is smooth as I don’t always want to make paper with a lot of texture. Unfortunately after just my first use the small frame came apart. I was disappointed in this as I was enjoying using it. I at least can push it back together, which I show in the last picture. I will try using a little wood glue. I know eventually there would be wear being that they are wood but not so soon.

This is the perfect paper making set! We had so much fun with it! The different sizes were great, and it was very durable.

The mesh on these is pretty delicate, but it does work properly if you are careful with it. Its okay for the price, however I would definitely recommend something sturdier if you are using this for more than a couple projects.

I bought this about a year ago and have made paper several times with it and it's still holding together very well. With it being unfinished wood, I wasn't expecting it to last through many batches of paper but it has. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again when the wood and screen get too loose to use but I'm not expecting it to be any time soon. Granted, I don't make paper on a monthly basis but when I do, I make quite a bit of it. I've made several journals for friends and they all love the hand-made paper.
