I ordered a stick of this memory for my hp printer. Installed it and printer wouldn't work. Took it out, printer worked fine. Returned it for a replacement. Replacement promptly sent and works fine. The supplier noted that the returned RAM tested OK. But in my printer it would not work even after several attempts. The reason is unknown and the company was stellar in their support. I recommend this company 100%.

Got this to deal with some realllly long print delays on some complex 300 page documents on my HP Laserjet P2015dn printer. Didn't see a huge improvement, but for the price, I can't complain, and I'm sure there will be cases where it does help. More memory is rarely a bad thing.First time I installed it, the printer failed to boot up correctly. Put the original memory back in and it worked normally. Tried one more time and it worked correctly, so I left it in. No further problems.

I can't say how the printer reacted to the additional memory. I had ordered similar memory earlier, and it locked up the printer. I removed the memory and the printer went back to normal. I decided to try again, so with this memory, the printer works, but because in our office, we have seven computers in the network. Some are single core computers, some are dual core computers. Therefore, the printer puts out color prints at different speeds. There might have been a slight increase in speed with the dual computers, but the single core computers are still slow in the color printing of several pages. I would say, the computers might be at fault at not having a substantial increase in speed.

This is very specific & obscure memory to find & this was the cheapest I have found so far in 5 years. It's usually $100/stick. I'm thinking it may have hit the tipping point of no longer adequately useful & getting cheaper until the vast majority out there not already in use gets recycled & the price sky rockets again. Rec'd the RAM in 2 days from ordering.

Ordered it the same time I ordered a the printer from HP. SInce they arrived about the same time, I never tried the printer without the additional memory to do a before/after comparison. Price was so good, figured no downside to adding more memory. Installed in less than one minute.

First class product at at first class price ... it has certainly speeded up the printing of graphics from the base memory installed within the printer as purchased. Delivery was 2 days from CA to England.

The memory failed after one month. Could possibly be another problem within the printer and the board and not be this memory.

It worked as advertised. Printer recognized memory. Installation was a ok. HP wanted $700 plus dollars for the same memory chip.
