Thick steel, well-machined. Works great to transfer power. If it were me, I would use one-size-larger set screws.

This had a 1/32" under-bore I had to ream out with my 12 speed drill placed in a milling die. I was just fortunate that I had a 5/8" milling bit or it wouldn't have been possible without sanding the shaft of my motor down. So, be prepared to do some work as I think the 5/8 side was milled with a metric milling bit. Once I got that done it worked fine. The steel is super hard and well balanced.
