It has nice machinery there's no flies. I haven't put it on yet but it sure does look like it's going to work like I said no flaws.

The difference btwn stock and CNC aftermarket? 6cc of combustion chamber vs 5.5 Not much you say and your correct. But the cooling effect is what makes the difference!

Good quality with perfect mating surface and finish. But I have no idea what they doing with the combustion chamber. As you can see in the pic the squish band diameter is only about 46.7mm. And what you would think is the gasket compression band actually recesses into the cylinder bore as it measures about 49.7mm. An avenger has a flat top piston this band is for a domed piston.So if left as is you will have a flat area around the outside diameter of the piston. This may not be an issue for you as you will need to adjust head gasket thickness.As for fitting an avenger this only means the bolt holes, which are actually about 49.3 mm center to center. And it has a 52mm piston.Depending on your level of expertise on heads and performance goals you may be doing some work on it to make it right for your cylinder.On my cut head yd100 cylinder the chamber/ squish area does not line up accurately because the cylinder bolt holes are not accurately spaced so squish varies by .3mm from side to side.If an LD and avenger cylinder holes are accurately space it will line up with the piston head and bore.I may get a LD100 cylinder to see if the accuracy of the bolt holes in relation the bore is right.As for me I will be chucking it up is a lathe by a threaded rod or even a spark plug if it sticks out enough and use a rotary tool with a drum sander to widen the squish band to 50.5mm effectively removing the step. I may have to open up the holes as the are now 8.5mm so I can shift it to line it up with the piston head.

It is exactly the size that is described. Should help with cooling, but it definitely looks better than stock. Too soon to tell about helping with performance, but the quality looks great. Performance wise it seems to help a little bit. Will know more after the tune is changed. It does fit an Avenger 85cc, just need to get a head gasket.

I haven't used this yet but the machining looks fantastic. I got it for cooling, not performance. May update my review in the future.

Ordered 2 of these to replace the stock heads on my avenger 85s.The stock heads do nothing but leak and warp when they get hot so decided to buy 2 of these bc they are way cheaper than buying those high end heads..and the bolt spacing is dead on compared to my stock heads and digital caliper..Will update review when order arrives and heads tested..Update 1...the heads fit perfectly on the avenger 85 and look great..perfectly machined.
