Very pretty and easy to attach. The only issue was that two of them came unglued from the base. I was able to reglue with some Elmers, and they are just fine now.

I wasn't looking to purchase light/fan pulls. However when I saw these red ones. I wanted to purchase them because they reminded me of my dad who is no longer with me. I was very excited, until I opened the box. Without picking one up I could tell these are NOT made from "High Quality Crystal." These are simply dollar store plastic. Plastic is plastic is acrylic is plexiglas (PMMA) is PC, PVC, PET, ABS, etc. Is NOT high quality crystal. Another thing one can look at is where plastic, high quality crystal and even glass falls on the Mohs scale.On the Mohs scale "High Quality Crystal" ranks around 5.5 to 7, on a scale from 1 to 10, which is quite hard. Plastic ranks around 2 to 2.5, which would explain why these are so easily scratched up. Another thought to ponder is high quality crystal weighs much more than plastic. You can feel the difference.I am having a very hard time wrapping my brain around all the 5 star reviews. They are not even pretty, Unless maybe you're a 5 year old little girl wanting her room decorated with unicorns and rainbows. Perhaps some of the disappointment comes from me knowing just about every real gemstone, mineral and crystal on this earth. Plastic does not fall into any of those catagories. It should have been a tip off that you cannot purchase a crystal with such a brilliant red color, not a real, high quality one. I was settling for a dyed RED crystal and didn't even receive that. With that said, these are way over-priced. Coming in at $2.50 a piece for something worth maybe 0.25¢. Of course my best piece of advice would be don't purchase these. However what makes one person happy may not make another person happy. If you're willing to accept something that is fake, scratched up, with a prominent seam where the mold came together and not even close to being as attractive as the real thing. As well as something you're okay with the neighbors seeing. I would suggest you buy these. If you want something that looks and feels brilliant, with some sparkle and shine. Something you will use in your living area, not the closet downstairs, these definitely are not the ones to purchase.
