This is a well made product that does boost your signal and is easy to setup, configure, and use.The cable was too short for my installation needs within my 24 ft RV, but HiBoost customer service was happy to ship me a longer cable that worked perfectly at no cost. Note that the mobile HiBoost units use a different coax cable from the home unit. Don't be shy about contacting HiBoost customer service, they more than make up for the vague documentation online. All of these cellular boosters are sensitive to the proximity of the boost antenna mounted external to the vehicle and the one inside the vehicle that broadcasts the signal to your cellular devices. In order to prevent feedback between the two antennas, follow the HiBoost instructions carefully. The app HiBoost recommended to use for checking the signal strength didn't work for me. However, I found the free app 'Network Cell Info' by 'M2Catalyst' to work very well. I had previously used that app to check on my cellular signal performance.

Prompt delivery. Great product. Boosts my 4g LTE w/ 1 bar to 5g w/ 4bars on location in the mountains. Boosts signal inside vehicle by a small antenna. No cradle. Lots of extras for installation. (Velcro, zip ties, ect.) Worth the money in my opinion.

I got this booster mainly for overlanding and camping. Works great. Have cell signal in a lot of places I have not before. Super easy to install. Have it on the roof rack of a two-door Wrangler.

I got the Hiboost truck version when it was on sale to install in my JL Wrangler and had the opportunity to test it near and in Shenandoah, and it worked great. Before I had this installed, there were places where my phone would not pickup any signal, but with this enabled I'm getting enough signal for calls and data. The device seems to boot up pretty fast. After powering on, I can see the difference in my phone's signal within 5 to 10 seconds. The interior antenna is mounted within the center console, and has enough power to provide boosted signal inside the SUV's cabin, while not being too strong that it interferes with the antenna mast mounted towards the rear of the vehicle. It's by no means a miracle machine. Areas with absolutely no signal strength or too weak to be even utilized by the booster will prevent it from working. I'd have one bar of signal on my phone when standing outside, and as soon as I get in the vehicle with the HiBoost on it'll jump to three or four. Before I had the Hiboost, I'd say there was a total of about 40 minutes of lack of coverage during the 2.5 hour commute to Shenandoah, whereas with it there's only about 5 minutes. In places where there is absolutely no signal but clear line-of-sight to the sky, I can switch to Starlink Mini to compensate. Between the HiBoost and Starlink, I can have voice and data pretty much wherever I go, and they complement each other very nicely.Vehicle speed doesn't seem to affect the signal boost by any noticeable margin. I was able to test it using Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro on Verizon, as well as Galaxy S22+ on T-Mobile, and the HiBoost was equally as effective on all three phones on two different carriers. It's definitely worth the investment if you regularly travel through areas with spotty cellular coverage.

After deliberating my needs and comparing products I decided on this for my sprinter van. I could tell a difference on first use. The signal in my driveway is a weak area and the signal inside the van was at least as strong as the outside with HiBoost installed and powered up. Driving with the phone upfront the signal seemed better too. What really made me appreciate it was camping in the van and not having to send text only with weak signal location. I could do way more inside and sometimes the signal is even stronger than outside. I thinks the boosting is enough to more than recover the outside signal. Since cellular coverage is expanding, I think this is a great option , especially if you are already paying for a good amount to cellular

I purchased this get get better signal on a route that I often take. The route has several miles of either NO or unusable signal. With this booster I was able to make calls during the whole trip. I could even have pandora running and it never paused. Monitoring the signal with a third party app, I saw an unboosted signal of -127db be boosted to -76db. I did have to place the inside antenna directly next to get phone to get this. The app is awesome as it allows you to see what the booster is acutally doing with each of the bands. Installation was simple, just be sure you have plenty of seperations between the two antennas.Support is amazing. Soon after registering the booster on the app, I received a text from support checking to see if I had any issues or questions. They followed up a few time. The biggest issue I have from a design standpoint is the power cord. The end that plugs into your vehicle has a power button but no external power indicator. The indicator LED is in the plug and you can only see a blue glow from around the usb port at night. Its impossible to see during day time. In the D/FW metro the boosted goes into ISO alot, but thats to be expected since the signals are already strong. I only turn it on when at a few known dead spots in the city. Overall I am vey pleased with the performance and support and will recommed to others.

I did my research before purchasing and Hi Boost was my booster of choice. The booster very well works as advertised, but what they neglected to say was how FANTASTIC their customer service is! it is very refreshing to have a company that truly has great service and a very helpful staff... the app was easy to use and the install was REALLY easy. GERAT product and "outstanding customer service"
