This is a very good brand, lifetime guarantee, laundry tub faucet. Is exactly like the original that was installed when the house was built in 1979. Make note that it is a sweat install to the faucets. As I did, you will also need to cut the piping and use connectors to install your new pipe. Take note that these are slip joint connectors you want so that you can slide a coupler on both ends and then slide them over the connecting ends. If you’re handy at all with soldering, it’s a very easy install. I took the metal piece out that the old faucet was connected to and installed a new plastic piece that you can readily get on Amazon. I have included a before and after photo

It had a drip from the first day it was installed unless you really crank down on the handles. Otherwise works fine

I purchased this to replace the exact item that failed (steady leak) after about 25+ years of abuse from hard water. Failure of the previous faucet was very clearly due to mineral deposits and it could have been repaired with new internals, but cost to replace was similar to repair. Would highly recommend.

It was easy to install, but faulty internal parts. Slow leaks at first out of handles. Tightening didn't help. A few months later full-fledged spray. The part the handles screw into looks like they took the faulty parts to make these faucets. Can't get parts so have to replace the whole faucet.
