Overall exactly what I was looking for. Good enough quality for the kinds of measurements I'm making so not concerned that it isn't science lab grade. Arrived with a dead battery installed; fortunately it hadn't leaked. Came with a spare battery so I was able to immediately use it but I'd suggest to the manufacturer that they install some kind of battery protector strip to save the first battery.

i bought it to measure my brake rotors regularly so i can tell the dealers to #$@ off everytime i take my car in and hear about the new rotor job that i supposedly need.only thing is measurement isn't exactly consistant everytime. the discrepency is very very small that it's acceptable. not bad consider the price.

Amazing tool to check rotors with. Nice and tight but an easy glide. Not as loose as most on the market that feel cheap. Great product.

Great product, only downside I can see it's it turns on whenever you barely move the slide without pressing the on button.

I just received the rotor gauge and measuring “jaws†are not the same as the picture....I returned it as I am looking for a rotor gauge with the pictured style jaws
