For rear caliper on 99 F350 4x4dually7.3L, can't find original steel pistons so I wasn't sure these would work, pistons are a direct fit with exact od spec, I haven't installed but compared to original steel pistons, I used Centric for my front calipers and were OEM steel, with these being for rear should be fine because 70% - 80% of vehicles stopping is with front brakes. Hope this information helps!

Fit my 2003 single rear wheel f350 with dual piston calipers on the back. These saved me having to buy a whole new set of calipers.

They were okay but to be honest. Just buy new/rebuilt calipers. These can be a real pain to get not only into the caliper but into the new seals and dust boot.
