definitely not for syrian hamsters, the hide out was super small, would work for dwarf hamsters, it is super cute so i’m using it hold my jewelry now

Super cute but bought it for my Syrian hamster and it was way too small. Might be good for a robo hamster but not a Syrian :(

I loved the colour! Product is exactly as described and arrived quickly and well packed. It’s a good size for hamsters - my dwarf ham got into it straight away and even a bigger Syrian would be able to squeeze in. Easy to clean.

Since the title of this product says that it can be used for chinchillas, I thought it would be a good fit for my hamster, but it is way to small for anything but a dwarf hamster. Even a gerbil would be too big to really use it.Aside from the size, the product is of good quality.

I wish this was bigger, too small for one gerbil to fit.. and I need something that can fit 2 so they don't fight over it... I returned but for a small hamster, this would work perfectly!

They are a really great product and well made, colours are super cute HOWEVER I have two Syrians and neither fit in it. So they are not good for me. A Robo would fit. If you have little Hammys they would be super cute.

The quality of this is fine, but make sure you pay attention to the measurements. I thought I did, but when it got here, I couldn't even fit my little dwarfp hamster in it.
