I searched a long time before finding and deciding on this tea dispenser. It was the best I could find for a price I wanted to pay. It hold almost 50 tea bags and is fairly easy to fill and dispense. It’s functional, but BORING. The lid is just wood that sits on top by gravity. I need to be careful when pulling out a tea bag that it doesn’t fall out of the cupboard and either crack the ceramic or have the lid pop off and scatter the tea everywhere. But, it’s more convenient than having no dispenser. And, worth what I paid. I sure wouldn’t put it on my counter, though: no personality whatsoever. A crafty person might design a cool label or do some other kind of permanent design on the ceramic and add a gasket to hold the lid on.

I have a sugar and coffee canister that this matches very well. I like to mix a couple different teas to make my favorite blend and don't have to mess with those boxes anymore. I just stack them in pairs in this dispenser and they're ready to go!

I like red and when I saw this, I had to get it. Holds about 25 tea bags, is easy to fill and remove individual tea bags. I like the overall look of this item. It is ceramic which makes it complimentary to my counter. You could probably find other uses for it but I like it for its purpose.
