The pillow came nicely packaged and was vacuum sealed when it arrived. You need to open it up and let it air out slightly to get rid of the plastic smell but it goes away within a day or so. The pillow is nice and cushioned (not too soft) while also feeling like your neck is being supported. It dips in the middle which is perfect for your neck. It may not be as suitable for people with shorter necks. This is good for both back and side sleepers. It also comes with its own pillowcase that you can remove and wash. The quality seems really good and has memory foam similar to what you find from other premium brands.

I used to struggle with sleep and often woke up with neck pain. After using this pillow for a few nights, I can confidently say it has made it easier for me to fall asleep and has improved the quality of my sleep! It's incredibly comfortable and soft, providing great relief for my neck pain. My overall sleep quality has definitely improved. This pillow is perfect for side, back, and stomach sleepers! I have always had trouble getting my head and neck comfortable over the years. I used to stuff pillows and blankets around my head to be able to sleep comfortably.I found this pillow and tried it out. I have not slept better. My head does not get hot. It supports me in all directions. I have not noticed any smell. The pillow feels like it is made from quality material and is durable.It is soft, comfortable, and helps solve sleep problems. In my opinion it is a good value.

I've been using this pillow consistently for the past week and a half. I have herniated discs in my neck and my doctor recommended that I try one of these pillows. It has definitely helped to alleviate the pain that had been flaring up from my part time job.It arrived in a vacuum-sealed plastic casing. I opened it a few hours before bed to ensure that it would fully decompress itself before trying it out. I saw that the zipper had separated on the back of the pillowcase, but with a little bit of finagling, I managed to get it back together and it's been fine. The pillowcase can be removed for washing by pulling apart the center button that connects the front and the back.My first night was not comfortable for me through no fault of the pillow itself; I was not used to the firmness and contours. I had gone from using a regular pillow with no support to this. I wasn't sure how to position my head correctly to get comfortable yet. Over the course of a few nights, I began to adjust and feel the difference. The support began to feel good with the way it cradled my head.I like that one side of the pillow is higher than the other to accommodate different people. I tend to sleep both on my side, back, and stomach, so the higher side only works well when I am on my side. I found that the lower side works better for me overall because I shift positions frequently during the night. The butterfly shape gives you a place to rest your arms.Overall, this is a good purchase if you're looking for a supportive pillow. YMMV depending on if you have neck issues.

Okay, so my neck was killing me, and I wasn't sleeping well. I got this special pillow, and it's actually helped a lot.It's shaped funny, but it works! It holds my neck in a good way. I used to wake up stiff, but not anymore. The pillow is comfy, not too hard or soft.You can pick how high it is, which is great. I sleep on my side, and it's perfect. The cover feels cool, too.It took a few nights to get used to it, but now I love it. My neck feels better, and I sleep better.It's a good pillow. If your neck hurts, try it!

Might have to get another one, these are getting popular in my household! Provides good cradling for the neck and spine. You may want to air out the pillow in a room for a few days if you're sensitive to smells, as the material is factory fresh and memory foam pillows can be like that. Aside from that, it helps with sleep quality and makes for a good back pillow while watching TV in bed as well :)

Although this pillow was very comfortable and supportive upon first use the memory foam crushed down and does not afford much support after a few night use. I would’ve returned it but had already tossed the packaging. To be fair it did receive my neckache for the days it offered support. I’m back to my old my pillow again.Seller has offered a full refund and I have accepted. Great customer service. It's a shame the pillow did not work for me.
