Although these are sold for pasta, I actually bought them for storing asparagus in the refrigerator. I put in 1†of water, cut the ends off the asparagus stalks and place them vertically in the fridge. The lids are airtight. I ditched all plastic containers and these are tall enough for asparagus. Highly recommend for any food storage.

I am shocked at how beautiful this jar is. It is so much better than the one I just broke. It fits longer spaghetti, the glass is lead free, the silicone seal is LFGB. AND there is a lifetime warranty. I am so happy with this. And as always, with everything I've ever bought from Cestari, the packaging is good enough that this becomes a wonderful bridal shower or wedding gift. I'm so happy I got this.
