This is my first time using a winder though I have crochet for years I never knew this was a thing. It was easy to set up and it turns out, very addicting to wind yarn lol it’s just so satisfying and makes the cutest cakes(:

A good value. It works well. It is helpful with those one pound skeins that get so tangled. I wish it made bigger balls but they are sufficient.

This comes is 3 pieces that are easy to assemble. The product winds the yard very easily into a ball (with flat top and bottom, I’ve only used it with 4 weight yarn.I have found that the balls wind tighter with a slight bit of finger tension while winding. Don’t wind toofast or you might fling your ball off (the cats were all about chasing that down).It attaches to your table with a little clamp that comes with it. I’m happy with it, so it was a great purchase. Seems durable for the cost.

I was hesitant at first since I would wind my yarn into cakes but hand but I’m so happy I went ahead and bought this. It’s affordable and compact. It’s easy to use and the quality is good. Only thing I would recommend when winding thicker yarn (if you have alot to wind) is towards the end you may need to guide it a bit higher so the yarns doesn’t go under the spinner.

I've really enjoyed spinning my skeins that have been rather deflated into something new! one thing is, you do have to make sure you aren't going too fast or it will result in a loosely wound yarn ball, and also that you are going the right way! it was really easy to assemble as well, even if you didn't look at the directions!
