Nice set of grab chains, useful for winching, pulling motors (with a spacer bar), and dragging. Holds up really well.

Welds look good, seems like decent quality. I do see one issue though which is that the coupling pins are about 1/2 the diameter of the chain links. I'm putting this on a 1T hoist and frankly I think 1T may be pushing it due to those pins. It's rare for 1/4 chain to have over a 3000lb load limit, so do the math on the load limit for those pins, I don't know. I wouldn't put more than 1000lbs on each chain/pin myself unless I saw some testing showing safe operation otherwise.

As another person mentioned, there isn’t any certification with this for its grade in hauling, but I feel for the price it is handy for rigging needs around the house to lift 500 to 1000 pounds loads.

I'm always having to move something around on my farm, so I thought I would give this chain sling a try. Excellent choice. This sling is well made out of good quality materials. Fit and finish are excellent. Nice and heavy duty. Hooks are easy to use. Works very well. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

This is not suitable for use at work because it does not meet OSHA specs no certification tag on the main hoop also the chain links and hooks do not have any grade markings. This however is good for around the house. I would not want to lift more than about 1,000 pounds with it just because I'm not sure if it's really grade 80.

I have a Harley Davidson Motorcycle that weighs almost a thousand pounds and when I put it up on a jack to work on it, I get nervous. Obviously if it falls over on me I am in trouble and my jack is not bolted down so it can get sketchy. I ordered this chain to hook to nylon straps and will attach the chain to a come along on the top of the shed to make sure it doesn't fall over on me. The big eye on top and the hooks are all made well as is the chain. The finish is good and the welds look good in the chain. Five stars.
