material is not heavy so hard to make it flat. so it moves around too much even on carpet.

Works as intended. It does leave indents in the plastic and making it annoying to push the chair but not hard like carpet . Cleans easy, Really thick and strong material , and in general after first opening it’s super stiff, but lays out nicely after doing the steps provided .

As others have stated, there are several issues with this product. 1. It took forever for the mat to flatten out properly. Even now, the edges are still curling up a little and I bought this two months ago! 2. The plastic is thin and my chair wheels have already made dents; it's impossible to roll my chair while sitting, which negates the entire purpose of the mat. 4. It slips a lot, bunching up around the desk legs. I regularly have to get up, move my chair off the mat completely and drag the mat back. Rinse and repeat. To be fair, this mat is for low pile carpet, so maybe it's buyer beware but I'd never buy this mat again.

Its a very soft plastic material. If you sit in your chair for a few minutes without moving, the rollers indent into the plastic and its hard to get out of those ruts. When not in use, the plastic will come back and the ruts disappear. But annoying that it does this every time.Also, the item comes rolled up and packed in a thin long box. Instructions say unroll it and place heavy items on it for a few days for it to take its flattened shape, but after a few months now, the sides still tend to curl. I have to keep something heavy on it for it not to bulge up.I need a new one....

Good value for the price. It took a few days for the product to lie flat but otherwise it was exactly what we expected. Purchased two.
