These chalk balls feels rough like there is something else mixed in there. Which makes it hard to chalk up evenly. The chalk also goes away quickly, I have to re-chalk often.

I tried these chalk balls at my local gym. At first, they worked pretty well. However, I think the chalk makes me sweat more, so I had to chalk up more to compensate, but that just makes me sweat even more, creating a negative cycle. I'm not sure why, but maybe it has to do with the quality of the chalk, or perhaps there are fillers in the chalk balls other than regular chalk.Despite having to continuously chalk up, you get four chalk balls for a good price. I just wish the chalk ball quality were a bit better. Now, I’d have to think twice before purchasing them again.
