At 5’7†and 165 lbs, I got the Youth XXL, and they fit great - even with bigger thighs. Normally, I wear a Medium or 33 in men’s jeans, so if you’re around my size, these should work.Why They’re a Win:✔ No More Knee Pads – Built-in padding means I don’t have to deal with separate pads for flag football. No more having to constantly pull up my knee pads or try to make them so tight that they are uncomfortable to wear.✔ Multi-Purpose – I also wear them for snowboarding to add extra cushion on falls. After just getting these and trying them on my son, I'm happy with them. I love the compression/spandex fabric. They like the flexibility. They run a little small. A medium fit my son who wears a small in UA and shutts football pants. I hope they are as durable as UA. My son's UA are on football season 3 and still going strong. Shutts have not held up.

I have literally spent hundreds and hundreds over the years trying to find my very large 13 year old pants that fit him for football. He’s 6foot, 380 offensive lineman. He’s massive, nothing ever fits!! These do, and he loves them!
