Big improvement over my old belt. Much better design. Stiff without being too rigid. This belt is honestly really the best.It's quick to put on as you just have to push it into the slot and you're done. There is a quick release latch at the bottom which is really helpful, the length can be cut to size and even encourages it, having grooves with indicators to waist size.Overall amazing belt with amazing quality for such a low price. Well done!

I bought 3 Chaoren ratchet belts in varying colors. I’m sold. I love the ability to set exactly the right fit! Murphy’s Law requires that standard belts must be just a little too tight or just a little too loose. Used to drive me a little too nuts. Ratchet belts don’t have that problem. The Chaoren belts are of good quality. The leather is holding up admirably - partly because it’s not stressed by straining against the prong. There is no prong! The neatness of the buckle itself - a simple, brushed rectangle - is appealing. CAUTION: I had never had a belt for which I needed to read an instruction manual before using. It’s very easy and intuitive to put on. So I just went about my day. But it turned out that I needed to use the restroom with some urgency - *and I didn’t know how to take off the belt*! Find the little lever on the back of the buckle and practice working it a couple of times. It might save you a lot of panic.
