Good sturdy nozzles as others have pointed out. My only issues are two: the face spray when first turning it on and the number of turns from full on to off. This is ok for general garden watering but when washing and rinsing it requires way too many turns, even from the broad spray to full off. Guess I need to get a triggered nozzle for those jobs. Nice heavy duty product and relatively fast delivery.

This product is so highly rated and it's hard to believe why. The nozzle I got doesn't seem to be faulty - it's a pretty basic part - so the design is just simply flawed. Like most people, when I go to use a hose I have the nozzle closed and I turn the water on at the spigot, I then open the nozzle and water/spray. The problem is as you do that with this nozzle, before it fully opens, water will back-spray all over you. It's not the connection to the hose, it's the turning/screw mechanism that isn't designed correctly. I have seen in the review pics some people use hoses that have shut gates as part of the male connector - if you do then you can keep the nozzle always open and it's fine but if you ever shut it and want to open it under pressure you will get sprayed every time. I can't believe this hasn't been picked up on and mentioned in reviews more. Incredible. This got sent back 5min after it's first use. A poor product.
