I haven't installed this item yet, however I have several of this installed on multiple applications. Having a labled weather tite junction box is great to keep one's install neat, organized, professional, and easy to trouble-shoot in the future, should any problems develop in the future. The standardized color coding is great! The quality of the item looks and feels good. Molded plug decreases problems from corrosion and shorted out circuits. I will be upgrading all of my trailers to these in the near future. In fact we're in the process of converting everything to 7 wire/7 pin plugs and 2 5/16 trailer ball hitches so that any of our 4 trucks and two SUV's can be coupled to any of our two boats, two travel trailers, an open car trailer, an enclosed car trailer, dump trailer, and utility trailer without changing anything.

It’s built solidly and designed to keep everything organized and easily accessible. The box is spacious enough to hold all of my trailer connections, including the 7-way plug and any additional accessories I need for towing. The material is durable, and the weatherproof seal ensures everything stays dry and secure.

Looks like this will work well. It’s plastic but with care it should last. Water seal seems ok

Color codes were very descriptive and I like how this kit comes with a sticker to place on the cover so you’re not guessing in the future. 7way plug had some good grip. Definitely a good bang for your buck. Factory wiring came correct, that’s always a plus!

High quality, perfect fit, a little short for my use, was 8 foot, I needed 9, next size was 12 feet so I ended purchasing a 1 foot extension.

This is very simple. A junction block either works or does not. This one does. It has nice color coded terminals and an adhesive color code strip. It is to be weather tight and looks like it will be with the changeable grommets. The moveable grommets allow entry/exit points to be located on four sides of the box where necessary. The grommets with holes are fairly large, and if not tight around the wires, should be filled with silicone to keep water out of the box. I had to slightly trim my 7 co nductor cable insulation to get it started into the grommet, but once started it pulled through tightly. I recommend this box.

Easy to wire up with good instructions, only thing im not a fan of is the plug it comes with, feels very loose when plugged into truck so probably will change it
