I love the lid lock, the cooking capacity to hold enough for 8 adults!! Works like a crockpot should. However the after the 1st use a rubber foot fell off! They are easy to replace but they should come with extras if they are not fastened tightly. Who wants an imbalance crockpot! But I got the footers and I still love the crockpot.

When I opened this crockpot, it did not look like a 6 quart crockpot. I compared it to my old 1990's 6 quart one and it looks much smaller and the crock is much thinner and lighter. I started measuring water and pouring it in, it did hold 6 quarts, but just BARELY. One more drip would have sent it spilling over the edge. So realistically, you are only going to fill it up to about 4 quarts. Other than that, it works well, I just wish I would have gotten a bigger size.

Not the best small appliance I ever bought.The rubber stoppers on the bottom will not stay on, the lid handles need constant repair.The heat is inconsistant. I will not leave it unattended.Very disappointed in this purchase.
