How To Use It:
- Clean surface with an all-purpose cleaner or interior cleaner.

- Buff off any excess residue with a microfiber towel.

So..bit of an off-label use, but I needed something to make my horse stall mats for my new home gym shine! These mats have previously been cleaned and off-gassed and sat in a dusty environment during construction. After cleaning and drying the mats again, this spray plus a tire shine applicator and they look like new again! Photo is after product was on the mats overnight. No sticky, greasy or any residue. I am super happy with this product and treating 5 mats used less than half the bottle. Wanted to put this out there because I've been looking for a solution to make these mats look new again and nothing came up apart from cleaning them. Highly recommend!

I love this stuff. It serves so many purposes: Interior plastic, exterior plastic and windshield sills, tire shine, engine bay dressing, I’ve even used it on hard tonneau covers to bring life back to them. Streak free, great for dusty dashes and doors, it’s durable, and most importantly it’s so easy to use. It’s a go-to as a detailer.

Well, I like this product, but in all honesty, when it comes to detailing rules, I'm trying to see where this fits in the lineup of interior/exterior products.For one, for the exterior (tires, trim, etc) I've shifted to using the Chemical Guys G6 Hypercoat. G6 seems to be a thicker application that lasts longer, although from what I've read, the G6 is water based as well like the Silk Shine. For this reason, I would not use the G6 or the Slik Shine on the interior leather. For the interior in general (NOT the leather), I either use the Innerclean product from Chemical guys(for those that don't want a shine on their interior) or, my old favorite, and still in my opinion, the best interior treatment for leather, plastic, etc. (interior) is Klasse (2nd formulation, milky white) the Klasse oil version is not allowed in many states, but that is better for exterior trim pieces. Even though the Klasse 2nd formulation comes across as water based, there is a 'parafin' type ingredient in it that keeps leather soft and well lubricated, without being greasy or sticky. In the past, I've tried all the lexol's, lanolin type products, but they are greasy and tacky to the touch. Klasse 2nd formulation (pretty much the one you can only buy now) is truly the best for EVERYTHING in your interior.The Silk shine is kind of like G6 Hypercoat, just not as thick. It does have a wetter look, but since I'm not using it on the interiors, it's better used outside. I tried it on my low profile tires for about 2 weeks. Then I went back to G6 hypercoat. The G6 hypercoat seems to retain that nice satin shine, longer. I used to use Klasse on it all, but it's rather expensive so I use the G6 now for all exterior instead.I 'like' silk shine, from Chemical Guys, but their G6 is better, IMO.

I love this product. It goes on well, and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor. A little goes a long way. I love that it doesn’t leave a shine, nor does it feel greasy to the touch. I’ll continue to buy this to keep with my detailing stuff!

Good to go. It's as advertised. Safe on everything I've put it on but I've also followed the company directions to the letter. Don't spray it like crazy and let it sit on your surfaces and expect show room results. Follow the instructions!! You'll love it guaranteed and your car will look amazing.

Did a great Job although I got lazy applying it and put on too much and didn't wipe it off too well. because it was on 24" Super Swampers, but it did a great job of leaving them looking Very clean and Brand New, really like what you would see in a tire store showroom, a little gloss but that's probably because I used too much. It,s been a week since I used it and they still look good.

Silk shine is easy to apply and will freshen up all your plastic trim and rubber. Used this on my 2014 Sprinter exterior trim which was very faded and brought it back life. I use it on my tires as well giving them a nice satin sheen.Price is fair and product smells good on application. Will need to re apply when it starts to fade again but for me it lasts quite well. Around 2-4 months depending on the weather. Great product and I would recommend. You won’t regret this one!
