If the app can not work, you can check below problem.
- check if the power supply of the light strip is normal.
- check if the Bluetooth is turn on.
- check if there are other mobile phone are connected.
- check app bluetooth setting if the phone is connected to the device, if connect, exit the app and reopen.

Killed my battery, turns on by itself. I came home from work and the lights were on.I never turned them on. A waste of money. Do not buy!

Installed this on my truck and it looks AWESOME! The remote is easy to use and the lights are BRIGHT at night. MANY different patterns and colors to choose from. I will buy this again in a heartbeat.

Just installed this today on my 2021 Expedition. First, it is Not bright at all compared to other brands I've seen installed on friends vehicles. I will say that install was easy and it was the perfect length. However, when it came to function, the sequence modes are terrible and doesn't make sense. This also does not come with the "Start Scan" mode, which is why I bought it. For the money, there are better options.The app is cool but not many options for actual nice sequences. I'm not impressed.Also, the lights on the light strip itself does not look like one single strip of light, you can see each individual led light and it just makes it look very very cheap. Not impressed.Hoping the seller will provide me with a better set up, if so, I'll change or delete my review. As of now, I'd give 0 stars. But I'm forced to leave 1 star.

It installed really easy. The lights are not bright like the picture shows. You can see every individual LED, but it looks ok. The remote works well but I cant get the app to work. I just installed it today, so let's see how it does in a few weeks.

cool little light but does not work or light up anything on my WRX so looks like i will be moving it to the underside of my hood closer to the window to get the hood scoop some kind of lighting effect

Pretty easy to install, looks just like it should, and so far has stayed in place. I was worried it would look cheap or fall off but it doesn’t. It looks like a quality professional light job from the outside and so far (several weeks) it hasn’t budged at all. I will update if that changes.
